As fast as you can but don't sacrifice form. Rx = 95 lb barbell, 24 inch box.
30 pushups
10 Cleans
10 Box Jumps
10 Jerks
10 Box Jumps
10 Clean and Jerks
10 Box Jumps
10 Jerks
10 Box Jumps
10 Cleans
30 Pushups
And a whole lot of sweat. I sucked this time around.
